Coaching is different from therapy because it focuses on where you are now and where you want to be, rather than where you’ve been.  It’s results oriented and every session provides you with a plan to take home with you and put into action so you can achieve your goals.  I’ll be there to support you along the way and make sure you’re making progress.  There’s no blaming, no finger-pointing and no judgment…ever.

I offer all of my coaching services over the phone, so it’s simple, convenient and time-saving for you.  The ideal situation is for both parents to participate, but if only one of you does, you will still have amazing results.  All conversations are private and confidential.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is not private, but still very effective.  When one person has a question or issue, often it will apply to many others in the group, so you can learn from other parents dealing with divorce and get coaching from me as well.
